Metathesis degradation and functionalization of natural rubber (NR) were conducted with 1-hexene, 1-octene, 1-decene, 1-dodecene, trans-stilbene, and 4,4′-dibromo-trans-stilbene as chain transfer agents (CTAs) in presence of Grubbs 2nd generation catalyst to generate NR-based telechelic oligomers that had been a long-lasting challenge due to the structure and compositions of NR with various impurities. Orthogonal experiments were applied and the effects of the CTA type, CTA concentration, catalyst concentration, reaction time, and reaction temperature on the formation of telechelic oligomers were studied, indicating that the catalyst concentration was the major factor influencing the number average molecular weights (Mn) and polymer dispersity index (PDI) of telechelic oligomers. The structures of the oligomers were characterized using 1H NMR, 13C NMR, and MALDI-TOF-MS, which confirmed the formation of the designed terminal groups. The results showed that well-defined telechelic oligomers with a Mn of a few thousand and a PDI around 1.6 were obtained, with potential applications in binder, lubricant and many other fields. 相似文献

Lithium‐rich disordered rock‐salt oxides have attracted great interest owing to their promising performance as Li‐ion battery cathodes. While experimental and theoretical efforts are critical in advancing this class of materials, a fundamental understanding of key property changes upon Li extraction is largely missing. In the present study, single‐crystal synthesis of a new disordered rock‐salt cathode material, Li1.3Ta0.3Mn0.4O2 (LTMO), and its use as a model compound to investigate Li concentration–driven evolution of local cationic ordering, charge compensation, and chemical distribution are reported. Through the combined use of 2D and 3D X‐ray nanotomography, it is shown that Li removal accompanied by oxygen oxidation is correlated with the development of morphological defects such as particle cracking. Chemical heterogeneity, quantified by subparticle level distribution of Mn valence state, is minimal during Mn redox, which drastically increases upon the formation of cracks during oxygen redox. Density functional theory and bond valence sum mismatch calculations reveal the presence of local short‐range ordering in the pristine oxide, which gradually disappears along with the extraction of Li. The study suggests that with cycling the transformation into true cation–disordered state can be expected, which likely impacts the voltage profile and obtainable energy density of the oxide cathodes. 相似文献

In this paper, a combined compact finite difference method (CCD) together with alternating direction implicit (ADI) scheme is developed for two-dimensional linear and nonlinear hyperbolic telegraph equations with variable coefficients. The proposed CCD-ADI method is second-order accurate in time variable and sixth-order accurate in space variable. For the linear hyperbolic equation, the CCD-ADI method is shown to be unconditionally stable by using the Von Neumann stability analysis. ABSTRACT Herein, graft-modified ethylene-1-octene copolymer (POE-g-GMA) and styrene-butadiene-styrene triblock copolymer (SBS-g-GMA) were found to be excellent reactive compatibilizers for immiscible poly(ethylene terephthalate) (PET)/high-density polyethylene (HDPE) blends via in-situ reaction compatibilization. With increase in compatibilizer amount, uniform phase morphology was observed in all the blends. Thus, exhibiting enhanced mechanical properties, especially, the notched Izod impact strength. In comparison with SBS-g-GMA, compatibilizer POE-g-GMA demonstrated greater impact on the compatibility. The addition of 15% POE-g-GMA produced blends with best mechanical properties. Besides, both POE-g-GMA and SBS-g-GMA enhanced the melt viscosity of PET/HDPE blends. 相似文献

为制备大掺量磷石膏基复合胶凝材料,在确定主要水化产物类型的基础上,通过计算临界钙矾石膨胀破坏的边界条件,确定各组分最佳掺量范围,研究其对复合胶凝材料力学性能、干缩性能的影响,并通过X射线衍射(XRD)、扫描电镜(SEM)等测试方法研究水化产物的组成及发展规律。研究结果表明:通过理论配料计算,矿粉掺量为50%(质量分数)时,最大磷石膏掺量为26.3%(质量分数),最小熟料掺量为23.6%(质量分数)。最佳配比组28 d胶砂抗压强度为45.2 MPa,线膨胀率小于0.04%;对比组28 d抗压强度仅有36.4 MPa,线膨胀率远大于0.04%。XRD、SEM表征结果表明,磷石膏基复合胶凝材料的水化产物主要是钙矾石(AFt)和水化硅酸钙(C-S-H)凝胶,氢氧化钙几乎反应完全;对比组钙矾石生成量远大于最佳配料组,微观结构存在大量裂缝。这说明理论配料计算可以有效用于磷石膏基复合胶凝材料的配比优化。 相似文献
